How do I turn off the sound that tells me e-mails have arrived? I’m trying to get away from always reacting to emails coming in.

This Notification can be ajusted by going into Outlook then going to:
Tools - > Options -> On the Preferance Tab Click the E-mail Options Button -> then Click Advance E-mail Options.
